Using an android app called Tubemate.
Tubemate is an android app that streams, as well as download videos from video streaming services like YouTube, Vimeo, Netflix etc. Tubemate can also be used as a browser. Follow these simple steps to learn how to use this app at a go
Step 1: Download the tubemate app securely here by clicking download button below

Step 2: Open the app and you will see something like this
Step 3: Click Agree
Step 4: Click close
(skip step 2-4 if you are not using it for the first time)
Note: the app will automatically load YouTube, to visit other website attempt step 5
Step 5: Click the top left corner of the app as shown in this image
Step 6: Insert the URL of the website or video you want to access or chose from the default suggestions in the app

Step 7: Search the video you want to look up
Step 8: Click the preferred video of your choice, if you are satisfied with a video, click the green arrow facing down as shown in the image below. wait for the video to parse
Step 9: Click any format of the video you would like to download and it will be highlighted in blue
Step 10: Click Download and the video will be downloaded into your phone's gallery
